Callaway Brothers Films has been honored to receive the prestigious Telly Award for The Secret Spot in two categories, Cinematography and Use Of Music. According to the judges, this years Telly Awards has been the most successful and competitive in the over a quarter-century long history of the Telly. Founded in 1979, the Telly Awards is the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions.
Awarded the Dove SealDove Foundation Family Approved
March 2005 - Callaway Brothers Films has been awarded the Dove Seal for The Secret Spot movie. The Secret Spot has won approval by the Dove Foundation Review Board. This means the Foundation believes that the content expressed makes for the kind of story family members can enjoy together with confidence. The Dove Family Approved Seal is awarded to movies that portray and encourage positive values.
Deep Ellum Film FestivalAudience Award - Deep Ellum Film Festival

"The Secret Spot" was screened at the Deep Ellum Film Festival on Oct. 16, 2004. The movie won the Audience Award for Documentary Film. We were informed by the Executive Producer of the Festival that we had received more votes than any film in the entire festival.
